Shaf’s Dine Experience the best cuisine in town 1.1 Purpose of the proposal: The purpose of the proposal is to find out the feasibility and impact of restaurant environment and service on customers of Remura, located at Central Auckland. This research is to determine the ways to improve customer satisfaction are and whether this restaurant business will be profitable in the local market or not. 1.2 Research Questions: 1. What is the feasibility of my restaurant business in local market? 1.3 Research Objective: 1. Is there local demand of what the business is offering 2. How to reach target audience 3. Find out about local competitors 1.4 Introduction of the business Customers usually go to restaurants to meet with others socially in a friendly environment and take out foods. The business will be a specialized (ethnic) and fast food restaurants, offering fine dining with a wide selection of foods and beverages, and table service. There will be also an attached coffee shop. The idea is to have not only a great variety of food selection but also efficient and superior service. The name of the business will be â€Å"Shaf’s Dine†. The target customers will be all age group of people, young and adult crowd, couples and singles, male and female. There will be breakfast items as well as all type of fast foods including specialized burgers, pizza, fries, beef /chicken items, salads as well as fresh juice, drinks, desserts.
